Children's Museum

All Julie's kids, the boys, and Grandma T went to the children's museum. We had a blast! Their theme was "The Wizard of Oz" My favorite movie as a child. Of course my camera was dying so I didn't get many photos.

Stevie's first time riding the carousel , he was afraid at first, but then was waving to Julie and Grandma.

Ethan playing in a play area for his size.

New York Trip! Conference

I took some photos of the conference, but not too many. We did a lot of fun activities/lessons, can't wait to do them with my class. We had amazing speakers and also Phil Mickelson showed up with his wife where they spoke as well. I meet a lot of people across the US and also learned a lot. My favorite experiment was the egg drop activity. You had an egg (raw), glass of water, pizza pan, toilet paper roll, and a broom. The goal was to get the egg in the glass of water with the broom without breaking it. Pretty cool.

Our view from our hotel room
Thursday night they had a dinner for us and a couple of speakers. It was great and here's me all dressed up a with Nicole.

My Mom and Georgia went to Carlos Bakery for me while I was at the conference. It was a 3 block wait!! But since my mom ordered online, she got to go the front of the line. Below are their yummy Lobster tails. Amazing!! Thanks Mom!!

New York Trip! Madame Tussauds Wax Museum

On Wednesday, my conference got out earlier than normal. I met up with my family and we decided to do some shopping, the wax museum, and also another broadway show. We thought about doing a boat ride, but we had really already seen the sights and you can only get so many photos of buildings. The wax museum was amazing, I can't believe how believable some of them look. The museum was set up on 9 floors! Well done!
