Matthew is 1 Month old!!

Matthew is 1 Month old!! Can't believe how fast this month has gone. He can hold his head up, follow a toy with his eyes, loves to eat and be held. We have been having some colic behavior, but hope it just a phase. We are overjoyed to have him and love him to pieces!!

These are the shirts that I made for the boy in their big brother kits. They turned out cute and did a great job for the quick photo shoot. This is the best I could do with 5 boys and having them all at different stages...lol

Bath Time

Tonight we gave Matthew a bath at home. He was not a fan and cried the whole time....which is what all the boys have done.

Going Home!!!

Today we went home from the hospital. We could have gone home sooner, but I wanted to stay for the full time since I have many kiddos at home...lol. Matthew was not a fan of the car seat, but fell asleep on the way home.

Tonight the boys came in to meet their new brother! They were extremely excited and loved holding him. Stephen got each of them Happy meals for dinner and we ate as a family in the hospital. I made them each a big brother kit; shirt made by me, markers, coloring book, nerf guns, M&Ms, and Dum Dum Suckers....which they  loved. Lots of Brotherly love! It was too cute. There was also a super moon out which was really cool to see.

Matthew Henry is born!!!

Today we went in for the birth of Matthew Henry. We named him Matthew Henry for the book of Matthew and Henry after my Dad. I figured that he would not come out until his scheduled date, but you never know. He did give me quite a few contractions for the past month, but nothing consistent. Once in the delivery room, the doctor saw some scar tissue on my stomach muscles, but not really any on my uterus, which is good. He was delivered at 7:20am and weighing in at 9 lbs 4 oz!! He is certainly our biggest baby. He is 21" for his length and has brown hair! So we will see if it turns blonde later on or if he will stay brown. He is absolutely adorable. He looks like his brothers for sure! So is in love and still in shock that we have another baby. SO BLESSED!!!
