Happy Father's Day!!!

For Father's day we went got Stephen; cookie and milk duds. We also made him a wonderful brunch; homemade pancakes, tons of bacon and sausage. We played cars after church and later that day we went down to the college world series. We hung around, ate dinner, and went to game 3. Kris got a amazing tickets behind the home plate. We stayed for only 3 innings- but we had been there since 4:30, game started at 7. The boys enjoyed it and loved the ice cream later. A wonderful day for a wonderful man, love him so much and all that he does, He's the BEST!

Vacation Bible School

This week Stevie went to vacation Bible school at King of Kings. He had a blast! He created a lot of crafts this week, sang songs, and played with friends. On the last day, they had some fun "weird animals" from the zoo, can't really remember the names of them, but they were pretty neat. My camera wasn't getting good photos either in the worship center so no photos of them, but I did get some with his teachers, his group and some of his crafts.

BBQ at Lesley and Drew's

Tonight we went over to Lesley and Drew's for a potluck BBQ. The boys had a blast playing with their friends while we visited. It was a beautiful night and so happy to see everyone, definitely need to get together more often, it's been too long!!!

Turkey in June?

Today I made a 14.5lb turkey, yes I said TURKEY! We sold our house and need to get rid of some of the food out of the deep freeze, so turkey in June it is! We invited Julie and her crew over. We had quite a feast; turkey, vegetables, mashed potatoes, gravy, rolls, cookies, and strawberry shortcake...all so yummy!!! It was perfect and everyone ate up!
